They had issues, but I liked the first two also. The director's cut of the first one made up for what I didn't like in theaters. And the second one is worth seeing for Chuck Norris' entrance alone. I'm down for #3.

this has been one awesome fracking franchise. can't wait. if they get Wesley Snipes, Harrison Ford, Jackie Chan, Steven Seagal and Milla Jovovich, I will be one happy geek

Clint Eastwood would not lower himself to brainless action movies. He's a genuine star, actor and director. Not a gimmick celebrity thrown into movies like the majority of those cretins in The Expendables.

The stuff Clint throws onto the cutting room floor is better quality than the entire Expendables series.

Just watched part 2 over the weekend. Loved it. A lot of fun. You want action and violence with a comedic twist? These movies have it.
