The story follows James Gordon (voiced by Bryan Cranston) during his early years on the force just as the vigilante Batman (Ben McKenzie) targets both the corrupt police officials and the crime-ridden streets for a clean-up.

I'm actually more jazzed for this than Nolan's 3rd outing. Why? Because Batman is actually a detective in the animated series/Miller opus. In the films he's just a basic capitalist - if there's a problem, he throws money at it. IE: Attack enemies with various gadgets, batmobile, batwing etc. The Batman I admire uses his brains and physical aggression. The psychology stands up because the only thing that is holding our 'great, advanced, society together - is plain old FEAR.

@THETRUTH007-I was once a kid who loved Adam West and all those Superfriends cartoons. I grew up bought my son comic books and action figures. Now he's an adult buying Movie tickets and DVD's. Brave and The Bold gets kids hooked so they grew up and become us. It's Joe Camel without the possibility of lung cancer.
