Remember Heavy Metal? If you said no then go rent it now. It was the combination of music and art. Stories put together to form a masterpiece. It would take a combination of geniuses to be able to even think remaking this was a good idea. ;
Well, maybe they have that combination. The Rumor: James Cameron, Zack Snyder, Gore Verbinski and Kevin Eastman are led by David Fichner to remake this epic.
Jack Black and the animator from the girl with the dragon tattoo are also rumored to be involved.
Sounds great, hope they do it justice.

@joeker Heavy Metal is a fantasy comics magazine. The publisher of the magazine is Kevin Eastman the creator of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The comic magazine has been around since the 70's. So yes it is a CBM. You are either very young or have been living under a rock if you have never heard of the movie or seen the comic with half naked chicks.

@dmon well im 23 and i do own a lot of comics/ graphic novels/items from 60/70/80s a shitload of films gracing many years but i guess this slipped my radar but i shall indeed check this out now
