New Clip From The GREEN LANTERN: TAS Finale - "The Final Showdown"

Check out a brand new clip from the very last episode of the popular animated series which airs tomorrow. Here we see Hal Jordan make a last ditch attempt to appeal to The Aya Monitor's humanity before she follows through with her plan to eradicate all life in the universe..

In the season finale episode, the Aya Monitor returns to the dawn of time to stop all emotion and all life from ever existing. Now, Hal must find a way to stop her – while Razer realizes the only way to save the universe may mean killing the woman he loves.

That's it folks, one season, 26 episodes. I've only ever seen this once or twice but thought it seemed really well made. Just one more to add to the pile I guess. Anyway, tune in tomorrow to see how they wrap everything up.

@grif yes it is. The story concerning the hand first appeared in this story.

From Wikipedia:

Ganthet's Tale

The graphic novel Ganthet's Tale by John Byrne from a story by Larry Niven tells the story of Hal Jordan's first encounters with Ganthet. Jordan is asked to help Ganthet battle a renegade Guardian, Dawlakispokpok (or Dawly, for short) who is trying to use a time machine to change history. In the early era of the planet Oa, a scientist named Krona attempted to use a time machine to see the beginning of time. In using his time machine, Krona somehow 'bled' the universe of a billion years of life. Dawly is going to use his own time machine to thrust Krona to the end of time, preventing him from following through on his plan. In battling Dawly, however, it turns out that Dawly is responsible for the mishap that caused the universe to be 'born old'. When Dawly's family is brought before the Guardians, Ganthet shields Jordan's mind, allowing him to retain his memory of one of the biggest secrets of the Guardians.

Instead of destroying her... Did they ever think for Razor to admit he loves her. LOL! We will see. I am sad this series is ending though... And Young Justice.

Is that the hand of creation from GL comics mythos?!?!?! Sweet jeez... why oh why did they cancel this!!!!

I will miss this show so bad... it's like Batman: TAS getting axed after season one.

As GL fan I shall mourn tomorrow, wear black all day and go kick some puppies. :/

Of course, this thing has its roots in Crisis on Infinite Earths--the Anti-Monitor sought to venture to the beginning of time in order to ensure only Anti-Matter is prevalent in the universe.
