New images from an upcoming episode of Young Justice surfaced today, providing a glimpse of what to expect when the second season of the acclaimed series debuts this weekend.

The all-new Young Justice episode "Happy New Year" debuts Saturday at 10:30am (ET/PT) as part of the DC Nation programming block on Cartoon Network. Ten images were leaked from Cartoon Network, stills from the upcoming new episode. No official description has been provided by the network for this episode, but listing guides have described the episode as "The gang battle Lobo, a bounty hunter, before the launch of an alien invasion."

i doubt its a permanent thing right? probably a future reference episode then it goes back. we'v seen plenty of pics of robin already looking older then before for the new season

Maybe they skipped way ahead into the future and season two's robin is Tim.

Walley could be the new Flash and Artemis or Cheshire could be Huntress, anything's possible.

Superboy probably doesn't age and Miss Martian stayed young to be with him.

Donna Troy could still appear if this is true.

The possibilities are endless lol

This season must take place much later. I think that the robin in the picture BlueMex is Tim Drake, its his costume and his facial features are way different than Dick's in the show. Also, Barbara Gordon looks bigger and more muscular in the trailer than her cameos in this past season. I think with the inclusion of these new.characters they're making moves closer to the original Young Justice team/late 2000s teen titans.

@jazzman: I agree; I like Young Justice, but how did Robin get older? Then that means who's Nightwing? Is it Dick in the future and Tim as Robin? This is a problem that always made me upset about the show that should've been done before it was created: Stick Tim as Robin, please!
