Scooby Doo and Batman to Reunite in 'The Brave and the Bold' Episode

I'm not a big fan of Scooby Doo or The Brave and the Bold but I loved the original episode so I will definitely watch when this comes out!...:D!

Almost four decades (40 freakin years) after their initial 1972 meetings in "The New Scooby Doo Movies" features "The Caped Crusader Caper," and ""The Dynamic Scooby Doo Affair," Scooby Doo will once again team up with the Dark Knight in an upcoming episode of "Batman: The Brave and the Bold."

If the episode titled "Bat-Mite Presents: Batman's Strangest Cases!" is any indication, Batman and Scooby Doo's crossover will likely follow the kind of rules only an inter-dimensional imp would muster since it is bat mite.

According to The Comics Continuum, the episode will feature three different incarnations of Batman, with Scooby starring in one segment along with a special (likely celebrity) guest star playing themselves. It probably won't be the Harlem Globe Trotters, but writer Paul Dini and director Ben Jones are the kind of force that will make the most of this premise.

The episode's other two planned personae are currently unknown, but it should be interesting to see which Batmen make the cut.But its good to hear Paul Dini's name around it!I WANT TO SEE HARLEY QUINN IN BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD lol! Just throwing it out there

Good idea. But I want to see Wonder Woman and Superman to appear on the show.

@ torian

Brave and Bold is a take off of the comic. the oldschool comic centered around the idea that each issue would have characters teaming up that you don't normally see. Using Supes or WW is too much of the same thing. thats why we see characters like Jonah Hex, Blue Beetle, Guy Gardner, and lesser knowns in the show.

watch JLA and JLU if you want to see Batman team up with Justice League members...

I'll just be glad for the art improvement. The cowl not covering Batman's neck always bothered me. It was too weird to be an error. I always wondered if Hanna-Barbera had to do it to differentiate it from Filmation's work. Superfriends was airing at the same time. Oh, well...
