On November 9th, we will get our first look at Superman/Shazam: The Return of Black Adam and now we know how old you have to be to watch it.

The MPAA has given the movie an official PG-13 rating, due to violence and some sexual content.

In Superman/Shazam: The Return of Black Adam, Clark Kent’s latest interview subject is street kid Billy Batson. What Clark doesn’t know is that Billy is more than a feisty kid with a lot of heart – he has been chosen by an ancient wizard to represent the good of man as the World’s Mightiest Mortal just by invoking the name of the wizard, "Shazam!" Billy’s powers come none-too-soon, as he also discovers he’s being pursued by a centuries’ old, murderous villain, Black Adam – a foe so powerful, even Superman can’t stop him alone. The all-star cast of Superman/Shazam: The Return of Black Adam is led by Jerry O’Connell (Crossing Jordan) as Captain Marvel, George Newbern reprising his Justice League role as Superman, Arnold Vosloo (The Mummy) as Black Adam and two-time Emmy Award® winner James Garner (8 Simple Rules) as The Wizard.

The sexual content I am sure comes from the Jonah Hex mini-movie on the disc. There are a few prostitutes in that one, offering up there umm... wares...

'Sexual content'?! Okaaaay... um, unless they're referring to a trist between the Big Blue Boyscout and Lois, I don't see how this is happening. Think about it people, Billy Batson is just a kid! I don't care how 'cutting-edge' the WB thinks they are, I don't EVER see them crossing THAT line (LMFAO!)!

@loganoneil- I have to agree. It sounds like a gimmick to get people interested in the movie. Of course it's SHAZAM one of the greatest characters of all time. There really is no need for it.

This is AWESOME. Jerry O'Connell was Cap in the Justice League Unlimited Episode Clash. Where he and Superman faught eachother and then Cap left the League. I'm happy that its Jerry reprising his role as Cap. Even though it was only one episode. I think this movie is going to be just as sweet as the others.

"Of course it's SHAZAM one of the greatest characters of all time."

StrangerX - TOTALLY agree! When is the WB going to get off its lazy backside and give us a LIVE-ACTION Captain Marvel?! There's more to the DC Universe than the 'holy trinity' (Batman, Superman & Wonder Woman)!
