Last fall's premiere for Nickelodeon's take on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was such a big hit, that the network immediately renewed the series for a second season (which is now in production). Now, at its upfront presentation in New York this afternoon, Nickelodeon confirmed that the show will be back for a third 26 episode season as well. TMNT is currently airing its first season, with the next expected to debut this fall. The voice cast consists of Jason Biggs as Leonardo, Sean Astin as Raphael, Greg Cipes as Michelangelo, Rob Paulsen as Donatello, Mae Whitman as April O'Neil, Hoon Lee as Master Splinter and Kevin Michael Richardson as Shredder. Are you excited to see more Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles?

It's fantastic. I couldn't be more ecstatic the show got renewed. It's got insane action and the humor is actually funny. Seriously my favorite show on TV right now.

sweet! this show is awesome! I usually can't stand CGI cartoons, but I can overlook it here. Nick's TMNT in someway actually manages to be true/pay homage to the classic cartoon as well as the comics....BOOYAKASHA!

Too bad Bay won't consider using this for ideas. It's spot on as far as personality goes for the Turtles.

This show is great and is really the only ninja turtles show i've liked since the original cartoon.

Not to mention my 3 year old daughter loves the hell out of it, so i get to buy her all the toys. :)

@OdinsBeard Agreed
@Godzillafart Theres one from IDW comic though, has released recently in 2012, it shows some classic "grim & gritty" feel to it, shows violent too. Stop trolling if it wasn't your cup of tea.

I didn't want to watch the show at first because I thought the animation looked weird. But my nephews love it and I caught an episode when I was babysitting, and I was surprised at how great the show is! As a huge TMNT fan since the age of like 2, I'm glad the franchise is still a success!
