@fotc + there are family guy and star wars comics, so yeah it makes sense that it's on this site. whether or not you like it is your problem.

@betty you can just unlock your dvd player so it plays dvds from anywhere. just google your model number and the words 'region unlock' (you get what i mean) and you'll easily find a site that has figured out how to unlock your player.

Banging your head on the wall over something you don't like is more the behavior of a petulant toddler throwing a tantrum than a 13 year old. Anyway, this site has long run news that concerns other things geeks enjoy. It's like a big virtual comic shop. That's one of the things I most enjoy about this site, and the many fine people who post regularly here.

In fairness, while Family Guy can be admittedly rather raunchy at times, it's still often very clever and funny. I particularly enjoyed the Blue Harvest episode, which is among the funniest Star Wars parodies I've ever seen. I'm looking forward to seeing this "sequel".

I've went off Family Guy ever since the much superior show South Park pointed out that iit's random humour. Which is fine when I'm watching the Mighty Boosh or whatever but Family Guy has quickly become a "meh" show. The thing is though Seth McFarlene isn't really imaginitive, Family Guy is just a more rude version of the Simpsons which was fine but now he's spued American Dad and the Cleveland Show, both of which are just bad versions of Family Guy. Idiot dad, slightly smart yet somehow clueless wife, daughter with emotional problems, a son who is a dork and a talking something or other, dog, alien, bear....same formula give it a [frick]ing rest already. SOUTH PARK PREVAILS!!!!
MarkCassidy
MarkCassidy - 12/9/2009, 8:51 AM
South park is funnier..I guess..its too hard to compare them though. I mean, Family Guy is random..I always knew that without South Park pointing it out! Thats what made it so funny to me..that and the endless pop culture and obscure movie references.

That looks hilarious especially the Peter holding his leg joke being used on the "robot camel" lol Theres so many good moments in the trailer, I cant wait to see it! I cant wait to see Han fight the Giant Chicken as Boba Fett!

@fotc
To sum up what everyone else has been saying,
[frick] off and come back when you have got something constructive to say! I hate Lord Of the Rings but you dont see me complaining about it on the latest article about it! Thats what I hate about a small amount of people on this site, they post a hateful comment on an article about something they have no interest in. Just dont comment if you have nothing good to say. Damn!

fotc, I'm not sure if you read the interview with Seth MacFarlane in what I think was Maxim. They asked him how he felt about the South Park parody, and showing that he just puts in clips that have zero relevance to the story. Seth's response is that he sees these clips/shorts as just that, shorts. He wanted to bring in the aspects of comics in the funny papers, think Farside. And for the record, I enjoy South Park.

Fotc, no one is saying its not ok to have your opinion, we are just making fun of the one you have!..and now of your shriveled little dick.
