Why is it that us regular folks know that this will tank, but mega movie corporations don't? 9 out of 10 times the public knows well before its release that a movie will stink.

They're going to ruin Hong Kong Phooey too? He was one of my childhood favorites. All that this Yogi Bear train wreck is missing is Will Ferrell. Justin Timberlake as Boo Boo? Ugh.

Sadly, this thing will be a big hit because little kids will drag their parents out to see it, said parents being unaware of what has been done to a beloved childhood memory.

All the appeal of a 3 day old baby diaper.

"The kids will like it" is a bit of exaggerated. This film will have the the life span of Garfield 2. It's all gimmick.

Is it that likely kids will drag parents out to see this, I mean, are kids even that aware of Yogi Bear?

Why 3D and not just a traditional cartoon? Seriously, cartoons are way better than this CGI crap. How much computer time did it take to render a bear that steals picnic baskets and gets yelled at by a park ranger anyways?

why does every ignorant jackass think every movie MUST appeal to them. my godchildren were not aware of the Chipmunks but now love theose movies. It may be a stinker/gimmick/Garfield but it aint for anyone but the kids to decide. everyone wants the cartoons (Thundercats, G.I. Joe and the like) to be dark, gritty and blah blah balh how bout remembering how corny they really were. you liked it when you were a kid youve grown (some of you) so let the kids enjoy it

Why get a big name actor to voice an animated character when they could just hire an unknown who can do a better job? Oh wait, never mind.
