In the following video interview Johnson is asked about Quicksilver, and the odd situation of having his former Kick-Ass cast-mate Evan Peters set to play the same character in X-Men: Days Of Future Past. Johnson -- who hasn't actually been officially confirmed as signing on to play Maximoff in The Avengers sequel -- says he's spoken to him about it at Comic-Con, before admitting that it's a "bizarre connection", but then switches the conversation around to Peters' absence from the Kick-Ass sequel.

Also glad they did did get rid off Azazel, Riptide and Angel character from the movie. Those characters were just lame.
How about Longshot ? Mojo ? Real Sabretooth ? Angel ? (The horsemen version), Real Gambit ?

Fassbender, in response: He's got excellent genes.

God, that Days of Future Past panel was amazing.

Isn't Flash supposed to be coming out in 2016? Hasn't been confirmed, but it hasn't been denied either. That's a good sign in my book.

And also, no way in hell is Quicksilver as great a character as any of the Flashes (even Jay). I try not to be biased, but c'mon now.

It's obvious Quivksilver is a last minute addition to DOFP and will literally have one scene that just showcases his powers. All Evan peters could say about his character was that he's "fast" he looked like he really didn't know much else.

At least A2 will bring QS to the spotlight and In happy Wanda is appearing too. I don't know why Singerbishy bringing Scarlet Witch into it too . To me, especially in the move-verse, Wanda and Pietro are a pair and should appear together.
