The first trailer for Avengers: Infinity War is expected to debut one day this week and it's no doubt going to be nothing short of amazing. We're expecting it to be with us by Thursday and while nothing has been made official yet, we're no doubt going to have news on its arrival for you very soon.

In the meantime, the past couple of days has seen the release of some leaked clips from the movie (which were promptly taken down by Disney) alongside four Vanity Fair covers and a series of cast portraits giving us an idea of how the heroes will look not only in Avengers: Infinity War but Avengers 4 as well. Now, we've taken a look at all of that to bring you all of the biggest and best new reveals.

From costume changes to the shocking return of a character who will seemingly die at the hands of Thanos, what you'll find below is an in-depth look at what's to come alongside those new photos!

Thanos Takes Out The Collector

It was at the end of Thor: The Dark World that The Collector was given one of the Infinity Stones by Sif and Heimdall for safe keeping but the fate of that was never made clear in Guardians of the Galaxy. However, we learn here that Thanos knows he has it and the Mad Titan can be seen interrogating him by literally standing with a foot on the chest of the bloodied and battered dealer in cosmic rarities.

Referring to it as the Reality Stone, he makes it clear that he's not messing around and the Guardians are actually watching on as all this happens. They too are clearly on the hunt for the Stones but Drax is far more interested in getting revenge on the man responsible for the murder of his entire family.

Captain America's Super Soldier Outfit

We know that Steve Rogers will be Nomad in Avengers: Infinity War, rocking a tatty version of his Avengers outfit minus any reference to that superhero team or his star-spangled alter-ego. Well, if this photoshoot is any indication, Cap will get the shield back from Iron Man but will wear his Super Soldier outfit he had in The Winter Soldier.

An argument could be made that Marvel just put Chris Evans in this suit to hide whatever he'll actually be wearing in Avengers 4 but why not choose the classic Cap costume over this if that's the case?

Sebastian Stan as The Winter Soldier, Benedict Wong as Wong, Evangeline Lilly as The Wasp, Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, President of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige, and Marvel Comics legend Stan Lee.

Thor May Be Getting His Eye Back...And Mjolnir

Thor lost his eye to Hela in Thor: Ragnarok but could the return of Mjolnir heal the God of Thunder? In this photoshoot, Chris Hemsworth can be seen in his new costume from Avengers: Infinity War, albeit with a cape and Mjolnir in hand. While he still sports a scar on his face, his eye is back and if the time was taken to add a scar, you'd think he'd have his eyepatch as well.

Mjolnir has been spotted in Avengers: Infinity War set photos and Thor getting that back to help assist him in the battle against Thanos makes perfect sense, as does his good looks being restored.

The Black Order

The Falcon can be seen battling a member of Thanos' Black Order (it appears to be Corvus Glaive) in the leaked footage and we then get a shot of Steve Rogers - hidden in shadow - joining the fight.

Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, Gwyneth Paltrow as Pepper Potts, Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, and Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner.

Hawkeye's New Hairdo

We've known for a while that Jeremy Renner's Clint Barton will get a new look in Avengers 4 but set photos have pointed to him suiting up as Ronin. He can be seen wearing a new Hawkeye costume here, though, so it's feasible that he'll only be Ronin for a very small part of this movie.

Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan, Don Cheadle as War Machine, Vin Diesal as Groot, Dave Bautista as Drax, Paul Bettany as Vision, and Michael Douglas as Dr. Hank Pym.

Maria Hill (And Nick Fury?) Returns

While this photoshoot was held to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (meaning that not everyone here will necessarily appear in Avengers 4), it looks like Maria Hill - who hasn't been seen since Avengers: Age of Ultron - will be back with a new costume to help Earth's Mightiest Heroes battle Thanos. Nick Fury can also be seen but Samuel L. Jackson has said on a number of occasions that he won't appear in either movie; could it be that he was being dishonest with us?

Valkyrie Gets A More Comic Accurate Appearance

Valkyrie having a role in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4 has been rumoured for a while now and we see here that she'll be suiting up for action, albeit with some minor changes made to her appearance. The biggest of those is the addition of two braids, a style closely associated with her comic book counterpart. This may only be a very minor change but it's one sure to make fans happy.

Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Karen Gillan as Nebula, and Chris Pratt as Star-Lord.

The Vision Behind Bars

The Scarlet Witch can be seen battling an unknown foe in the leaked trailer for Avengers: Infinity War but more intriguing is a shot of The Vision in what appears to be a prison cell of some sort. Could it be that Thanos kidnaps him as he attempts to figure out how to retrieve his Infinity Stone?

The Winter Soldier Gets His Arm Back

The last time we saw Bucky, he had only one arm (after getting it blasted off by Iron Man) and was being put into deep freeze by Black Panther. We've known for a while that The Winter Soldier will appear in Avengers: Infinity War, of course, but T'Challa - or his sister Shuri - has clearly created a new arm for him, something we should have expected. Why does it have the Soviet red star, though?

Black Widow's Awesome New Look

Why Black Widow has chosen to go blonde is something which will presumably be addressed in Avengers: Infinity War but we get a closer look at the character's new appearance here and she's looking pretty damn cool. Still wielding her batons and stingers, her new costume is quite different to previous iterations and actually strikingly similar to what Maria Hill can be seen wearing.

Is it possible that the two of them are working for the same company? If so, what might that be?

Angela Bassett as Ramonda, Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch, Jeremy Renner as Hawk Eye, Anthony Mackie as Falcon, and Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange.

Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, Linda Cardellini as Laura Barton, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, and Zoe Saldana as Gamora.

Spider-Man's Classic Costume

We know that Spider-Man is going to be rocking that upgraded new suit introduced at the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming but if this photoshoot is any indication, he'll be back in the slightly less fancy version by the time Avengers 4 rolls around. Like many other heroes pictured here, though, it's hard to say how much attention we should give to some of the costumes which are shown.

@Potatoloco - He wasn't. That's clearly Proxima Midnight and Josh is doing his usual rush job articles. I can tell you though for definite though it's Corvus Glaive who the Scarlett Witch is fighting when she blow up that truck. They filmed in Edinburgh where I live, dude in a mo-cap suit was running along the rooftops with Corvus' weapon.

@CLTMAN29 - Yeah, I remember seeing those set pics. I was thinking to myself there's no way I missed that leak. I'm guessing he thinks Valkyerie and Shuri are the same character as well judging by the article lmao. My nerd head hurts reading this.

@Potatoloco - I did think the same! Haha. Although I'm pretty sure in a Homecoming article he confused Liz Allen and Michelle Tooms.....I'll say no more.

This is an awful click bait article. New low really. I suppose Maria Hill's back in a Shield uniform, and therefore Shield is completely reformed and she's back in her old role as well? Terrible speculation based on a photoshop amalgamation of new and old shoots.

Thor has his Hammer and Eye because they don't want to spoil Thor Ragnarok while it's still strong in theaters... Just saying. Fact.

Captain America is probably in his classic suit because they don't want to give away a key aspect of the film. Speculation.

A lot of dumb in this article.

The photoshoot is not representative of just Infinity War as several characters are sporting outfits we know from the SDCC teaser that they have since abandoned.

Thor likely still has the eye because they did not want to spoil Ragnarok in a photoshoot that would have occured several weeks prior (when Ruffalo leaked that video from the photoshoot) he likely has his hammer because it is iconic and the outfit simply because it's more iconic (Ultimate Thor) than his Ragnarok outfit.

CLTMAN29 - 11/28/2017, 8:31 AM
@Scarilian - It's like he's totally overlooked the fact Thor has his eye in the [frick]ing Ragnarok trailer in order to *surprise* prevent spoilers!
