It looks like Batman: Bad Blood will be the first DC Animated Film of 2016. The voice cast has been announced. Voicing Katherine Kane / Batwoman is Yvonne Strahovski, with Gaius Charles voicing Luke Fox / Batwing. Rounding out the cast from previous Batman animated films are Jason O'Mara as Bruce Wayne / Batman, Stuart Allan as Damian Wayne / Robin, Sean Maher as Dick Grayson / Nightwing, and Morena Baccarin as Talia al Ghul. In addition to the main players, Bad Blood also features Ernie Hudson as Lucius Fox, a longtime associate of Bruce Wayne, and Luke's father.

In additional to announcing its voice cast, TVInsider also revealed the first image of Batwoman. Check it out below!

Why do they keep getting Jason O'Mara? So maybe Conroy's run his course. Bruce Greenwood hasn't. I even liked Jeremy Sisto. O'Mara sounds like he's trying too hard.

I actually don't mind Damien Wayne, Son of Batman and Batman vs Robin were pretty good movie, not the greatest DC animated ones but still good. The fight choregraphy in B vs R was dope.

Though I am most excited for next Justice League with Luthor, when they'll announce that title?

Because animated movies don't make as much money as before. So they stick to the most known properties, Batman and Justice League. Maybe The DCCU will help the animated universe.

Why is Jason still playing Batman? Does no one else want the job or is his paycheck very cheap?

Hopefully the next film can add Cassandra Cain and Stephanie Brown. Those two always work well together and make fighting crime interesting.

Damn can we get a film about Green Lantern or Green Arrow???? Shit, I'd love a New Gods film. DC stay dependent on batman, especially bats, and superman. Althougg, I haven't seen a superman animated film for a while. I'd love an animated superman based on the warworld storyline

Can we just get rid of Jason O'Mara? I want Anthony Ruivivar (Beware the Batman) to voice the DCAU Batman because he emulates Kevin Conroy. I loved Beware the Batman.

Ummmmm two of those films came out at least 6 years ago. I want more of them. Recently, It's all batman and superman. Theres a handful of batman animated features but only one wonder woman....Showcases are teases. Theyre great but short. Assault on arkham is a batman film as much as it is a suicide squad film. I would've liked it more without batman.

Bruce Greenwood was great, but I get why they aren't using him: his Batman was clearly older and wouldn't have worked for Justice League War and the other New52 movies. I appreciate that they're sticking with voice actors for a sense if continuity, but they should have cast better voices in the first place. And they replaced Justin Kirk as GL with (fan favorite who they never should've dropped in the first place) Nathan Fillion, so they're not set in stone. I'm guessing Andrea Romano has a crush on Jason O'Mara or something. His Batman just plain sucks.

Man, Jeremy Sisto was so perfect in New Frontier. And Kyle McLachlan. If only they hadn't squeezed it into too short a runtime.

Actually, to be fair, O'Mara doesn't plain suck. He sucks in a particular way. His acting is okay, but Batman shouldn't sound like he grew up in Ireland and is faking an American accent.

Rosario Dawson as WW, though, is the only voice change I didn't mind.

You know guys there really is a simple solution to getting animated films that don't feature batman. Just make sure the DCCU films do really well when they come out. That'll show WB that heroes outside of Batman or Justice League can do well in other forms of media.

Justice League Gods and Monsters was a return to form for DC animated films and you can really tell the difference Bruce Timm brings back to the movies. I will agree that before JL GM the movies have been shit since Flashpoint.

The correlation between all these films is Batman is either the main star or a major focus of the film. 16 of the companies 23 films they have made are all about or focus partly on Batman. I am sick to death of DC animated focusing almost entirely on Batman kick the [frick]ing caped crusader to the curb for a while and actually look at your country filling roster of characters to use.

How about another Wonder Woman movie, how about a Flash only film, how about the long awaited Teen Titans films we were promised years ago. How about a period piece with the original JSA in WWII, how about a film about the Outsiders, how about a Green Lantern film about the Sinestro Corp wars, how about a Booster Gold + Blue Beetle film. What about a Green Arrow film to cash in on the tv show or better yet a team up movie with the Flash and Green Arrow to cash in on their shows together. How about any [frick]ing DC character not named Batman or apart of his [frick]ing family.

I love Batman like any other person who has actually read a comic but stop sucking off the man's tit and spread out DC animated.
