I like that someone is actually addressing other sides and perspectives on this bit of casting news. Yeah, I mean, why wouldn't the studio expect some backlash on this? One could argue that they cast him to purposefully have a BIG marketable name attached to their film, but that argument kind of falls apart when you realize that Michael Keaton and Christian Bale (also George Clooney) were all well known actors who all portrayed The Dark Knight.
Also I would like to address something in my previous article regarding Angry Joe's video. I made a statement that and I quote, "lets face it, the movie was just bad. Yes fanboys just admit it, TDKR sucked rhino ass..."
I just want to clarify that this is actually an exaggeration of my actual opinion of the film, which I did in part to be funny. But as the old saying goes, "on the internet no one can hear the tone of your voice." My actual opinion of the film is FAR more objective. So if there are fanboys out there whose feelings may have been hurt by saying that TDKR sucked, I just want to say... it actually kind of does and you should just accept it.
*tomatoes are thrown* What did you think of the casting news? What do you think of it now? Has your opinion changed or has it been steadfast? All comments are welcome, thank you for reading.
