Nolan's looks sick! It's badass like an airforce test vehicle or something!

It sort of looks like the Terminator jets... the Hunter Killers! Doesn't look bad, but doesn't look that good either, I would have preferred a more sleak design but whatever, this is cool; all this abundance of new tech just has me thinking Nolan is going for a 'No Man's Land' vibe with Rises, heres hoping it turns out good

Nolan's new approach is awesome. Burton's Batwing fits with his Batman movies just like this one fits in with Nolan's. Can't wait for this!!! XD

Right now it's Burton, but personally I don't think this vehicle is supposed to be a Batwing.

@Tea, I totally had that man. The actual toy's grip that "caught" criminals was awesome back in 1988 but makes zero sense now...haha

Burton's batwing was better, it had more of a Batman feel to it. But Nolan's movies were better. IMO

Burton's one is great, but anyone in Wayne Enterprises think that they were building something with batshape???They didn't find out that Wayne is Batman???

With Nolan we have Fox to build it,and also it doesn't have anything that make it look that suspicious

Agreed. But this poll would have been better if it had been made AFTER we see the Batwing in an official scene from TDKR

I just read on Spill.com that this is not the Batwing but the Batcopter. The chopper's blades are going to be digitally in post production. Heres the link:

I love how people think they know what they're looking at. There is no confirmation that this is the 'Batwing'. You can't compare a known vehicle to an unknown one. It's like asking which is the better Movie: TDK or TDKR? Whatever it is it fit's Nolan's world of Batman perfectly.

Yes, it makes perfect sense that the applied sciences department would have military planes shaped like cookies.

The design might be better, but I'm sure that the TDKR Batwing will be more badass and hardcore

The Nolan Bat gadgets are cool, they make sense in relation to the story. Wayne enterprises has a military tech wing and Bruce has access to it. Even as a little kid I wondered who built all Batman's vehicles. Who did construction on the Batcave etc. It doesn't really matter, because it's a fantasy. That's why I love the Burton Batmobile, and the Burton Batwing. They aren't supposed to make sense in the real world. I think Nolan's realistic take on Batman is in principle kind of goofy. It asks us to realistically accept the idea that a guy puts on a Batman costume (that looks like a giant sneaker) to fight crime.

i like both of them (even though i hate Burton's movies) but...i like Nolans better for one simple reason....it scares me...think about it..Batmans whole thing is striking fear into criminals even though Burton's looks just like from the comic but when people see it..they say-wow thats look pretty cool. when people see Nolan's..they say-holy shit thats bad ass!...what the [frick] is that...and then start running away lol (man i kiss Nolans ass to much)lol
