Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

Starring Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from Man of Steel, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, and Holly Hunter in a role newly created for the film. Jason Momoa will also be making an appearance as Aquaman. Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is set to open in theaters on March 25th, 2016. Are you excited?

I realise Batman is a big selling point for filthy casuals but I think it's time for some Superman love in these promotions (I'm not talking about the Lois in the bath shot in the final trailer)

It's too bad. No matter how awesome this movie is...Civil War already won the Oscar.

@JaredsJoker - "Im buying deadpool blu ray when it drops,as no marvel movie so far has done what pool has"

No DC movie has done what Deadpool has, either.

@Invictor - The Deadpool character himself is very well portrayed. The story is common, and the villain is rather weak. I think it's overly inflating the Deadpool phenomenon.

@JaredsJoker -

Disney Marvel would like to thank you for your financial contribution to their pockets.

The bigger the Deadpool profit is, the bigger the portion that goes to Disney Marvel is.
