Recently, Gal Gadot has began the daunting task of transforming her body for the tentatively titled 'Batman vs. Superman' film, the anxiously awaited sequel to the critically controversial 'Man of Steel'. She has supposedly been spotted in her home country of Israel after an intense workout with personal trainer, Mark Twight, earlier this week. Twight reportedly has tweeted that he will be spending time in Isreal for this purpose.
Skeptics of the model-turned-actress's ability to sufficiently transform her body for the role of comic book's most well known heroine, should be relieved to know that Twight was the fitness guru responsible for the physical training with Henry Cavill, Michael Shannon, and, Antje Traue before and during the filming of 'Man of Steel'.
Though it appears from these pictures taken that time may not be on Gadot's side, the widely speculated "smaller role" she has, may give her some additional time before any scenes including Wonder Woman begin filming.
The 'Fast and Furious' series alumn has stated that in addition to bulking up, she’ll be focused on learning various forms of martial arts and self defense.
Here's to wishing her the best of luck. Sound off in the usual place.
