The first trailer for Black Adam is set to debut online on June 8, and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has now shared a new round of behind-the-scenes photos from those ongoing reshoots. The images don't reveal too much, but there's no denying that the pro wrestler turned actor looks incredible suited up as Teth-Adam alongside director Jaume Collet-Serra (Jungle Cruise).

While a few exciting snippets of footage from Black Adam have been released by Warner Bros. over the past year or so (including at DC FanDome and a brief look at their DC Comics movie slate), the trailer is long-awaited. After all, we have no idea what to expect from the movie's tone or even the plot aside from a few rumours about plans for the fan-favourite anti-hero.

With Black Adam now being released just a couple of months before Shazam! Fury of the Gods, we're anticipating a crossover between the two DC Comics projects. Additional photography for Black Adam's DCEU debut is bound to be adding more connective tissue to the movie, thereby helping set the stage for an eventual meeting between the characters.

Going back to that trailer, though, and we'd expect it to be online around 12pm PT/9am ET based on past experience. Regardless, we'll have it for you the second it drops.

Black Adam stars Dwayne Johnson, Noah Centineo, Aldis Hodge, Sarah Shahi, Quintessa Swindell, Pierce Brosnan, and Marwan Kenzari, and will electrify audiences in theaters on October 21.
