Marvel Studios has released a new clip from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, and Shuri's home is in serious trouble as Namor's army lays waste to the technically advanced nation. Check it out right here...

With only two weeks to go before Black Panther: Wakanda Forever arrives in theaters, Marvel Studios has revealed another clip from the highly anticipated sequel.

This one takes us to Wakanda as Namor's army of Atlanteans attack, and it's clear they're not pulling any punches. Flooding the African nation, they're seemingly killing Queen Ramonda and Shuri's people with no regard, suggesting their leader is a full-blown villain in the movie, and not just an antagonist.

M'Baku, meanwhile, is fighting back and taking down those blue-skinned Atlanteans with relative ease. Many fans remain optimistic he might be the one to become the MCU's new Black Panther, though all signs are currently pointing to Letitia Wright's Shuri inheriting T'Challa's mantle.

We can't fault Marvel Studios for that as it follows the comic books. However, Shuri has hopefully found a way to recreate the unique properties of the Heart-Shaped Herb because the hero will need all the power possible to tackle the threat Namor poses.

Check out this new Black Panther: Wakanda Forever footage below.

In Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Queen Ramonda (Angela Bassett), Shuri (Letitia Wright), M’Baku (Winston Duke), Okoye (Danai Gurira) and the Dora Milaje (including Florence Kasumba) fight to protect their nation from intervening world powers in the wake of King T’Challa’s death.

As the Wakandans strive to embrace their next chapter, the heroes must band together with the help of War Dog Nakia (Lupita Nyong’o) and Everett Ross (Martin Freeman) and forge a new path for the kingdom of Wakanda. Introducing Tenoch Huerta as Namor, king of Talokan, the film also stars Dominique Thorne, Michaela Coel, Mabel Cadena and Alex Livinalli.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, directed by Ryan Coogler, opens in theaters on November 11.

@Thing94 - I found that weird too, like he was under some kind of mind control.

@Fogs - the Dora plugged their ears too. Something is going on with the sound/hearing.

I hope this looks better on the big screen. I’m worried that the CGI with the sets is going to be too noticeable.

@Dotanuki - this looks leagues better than the CGI from the first movie imo. There’s a better polish to it here.

@GhostDog - for sure. It’s just that the background in that fight scene looks off. The lighting is also a bit weird too so that it is clear it was filmed on a set. It’s not going to diminish my enjoyment of the movie but after watching the absolutely beautiful set pieces from Andor, the bar has really been raised.

@Dotanuki - I agree. Might be the resolution of YouTube but hope it looks good in the theater.

I wouldn’t necessarily hate it if it did look like this.

@GhostDog - youtube's compression is never very good. I always like watching those SFX guys reviews of these things. They tend to out things into perspective.

@Itwasme - It looks fake, because the lightning of the CGI-backgrounds doesnt match the lightning of the real filmed stuff. Has nothing to do with Youtube compression, its just poorly done.

Not watching. Ror said this movie is outstanding, all the reactions are positive, I was going to see it anyway. Let's go. In Coogler I trust

@AmazingFILMporg - I can honestly feel the hype on this one starting to build in spite of the ones who were going to find a way to hate it regardless

Fingers crossed that the editing is much better in the final product of the scene lol

@TheLobster -
This scene is probably representative of the final product as a good marketing team would sell the movie using some of the best clips.
