Directed by "Ben10" live action helmer Alex Winter, the brief clip shows Jaime Reyes' transformation from teen to superhero via the alien scarab fused to his spine. The full footage was revealed at one of last week's Comic Con panels, and presented by Geoff Johns. If this series launches, it could be one of Johns' crowning achievements:

Really excited to see Booster on Smallville! Geoff Johns run on Booster Gold was great. That episode is going to be awesome!

Looks pretty good for a TV show. I'm looking forward to this. Thank heavens they decided to go with the new BB not the old lame looking one. Booster gold? Another lame character, don't bring him onto TV.

Damn. The actor looks A LOT older than I'd imagine Jaime being.

Other than that, not bad.

As for the whole "Ted and Booster" possibility, they've already said that the episode is going to be about Jaime and Booster, not Ted.
