Ant-Man Takes On Hawkeye In Latest CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR Concept Art
At one time, Ant-Man was set to be part of #TeamIronMan, and in this new piece of Captain America: Civil War concept art, we see the hero going into battle against Hawkeye. Hit the jump to check them out...
Marvel Studios concept artist Andy Park has shared yet another piece from Captain America: Civil War, and after seeing Giant-Man staring down Captain America, this time we get a look at Ant-Man fighting Hawkeye. As Park points out, this was created based on information from an earlier version of the screenplay, and it's now clear that Scott Lang was at one stage going to be 100% #TeamIronMan.
What led to the change? If I had to hazard a guess, I'd bet that Ant-Man was going to be #TeamIronMan before Spider-Man joined the roster. Perhaps Tony Stark created this new costume for Scott, though how Hank Pym would have felt about that is hard to say! Whatever the answer, it's definitely interesting to look at what might have been, so here's hoping we get more pieces like this.
