So he didn't bash Cap, lol. He promoted it and hinted at the truth about how this country works, lol.

I saw that episode and laughed my arse off, as I always do when watching Colbert. He took some shots, but they were in keeping with his show's premise as satire. If the dude wasn't a fan, he wouldn't have that shield on the wall behind him.
