Great idea. The only thing is, this does not capture the spirit of the Winter Soldier, because he was never really anti-Cap; he was fully brainwashed and oblivious to who Cap was. He wasn't trying to make a statement, just the kill that he was assigned at that particular moment. And he was fricking good at making that kill. It'll be interesting to see how it works in the MCU, but in the source material, he wasn't going around consciously making commentary with symbols. Again, I think the art here is impeccable, it's the connection with the story that I bring up.
