While you may've seen a few, though distorted, below you can check them out their original quality, along with a revealing new look at Richard Armitage as the villainous Heinz Kruger, as well a set image with Joe Johnston.

Captain America: The First Avenger focuses on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes and Peggy Carter to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull. Starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Tommy Lee Jones, Hayley Atwell, Samuel L. Jackson, Stanley Tucci and Hugo Weaving, the film releases July 22, 2011.

This is SORT OF off-topic, but I went to my local comic book store today and they had the "Captain America: The First Avenger" mini-mates and it showed the full costume of one of these pics (the one where it's him and Peggy, which is the USO costume). It looked pretty cool, had the triangle shield.

QUESTION: Is the new Captain America going to be set only in the 40's or will they show him in the present time as well, or will we see him be unfrozen in the Avengers Movie???

I really hope you are joking. Heck, i'd say that at this point, even if there isn't a single swastika in it, its still gonna be great.

Btw, HYDRA is a NAZI division in the movie.

Richard Armitage is the man! perfect badguy persona..

definately check out the BBC's 3-season version of Robin Hood in which Armitage plays Guy of Gisborne.... Brilliant!

Yay! Richard Armitage! Great actor currently filming in NZ as Thorin Oakenshield in The Hobbit. Sorry, I shall be cheering for the bad guy, LOL! They're always much more fun!
