I am looking very much forward to the Third Captain America movie..personally i feel it is going to be very good especially if they introduce charcters from the Captain Amercia mythos into the third movie but there is a character i would like to see introduced as a villain in the movie that could really work well for the movie..William Burnside..the second Captain America. For those who are curious William Burnside was the Captain America in the 1950s. Steve Rogers was resurrected in 1960 but for almost ten years a new Captain America took his place William Burnside who legally changed his name to Steve Rogers and became the Captain America in the 1950s, fighting in the Korean War. William is a bit of a tragic figure, due to the Serum they received was flawed and made them develop psychotic symptoms thus placing them in cyro-sleep
Personally i see their relationship to be like Luke and Asch from Tales of Abyss. They hate each other but they respect each other because they both went through a similar experience. Willaim wants Steve to respect him.
I think they could adapt that story line well but make it different from the comics. Steve could find out there was a secret program to recreate Captain America and it sort of worked by gave the person but it made the person who was injected with it William Burnside mad. William Burnside escape to fight the Koreans in the War but "died" and all records were burned up. Steve Rogers finds a Test Facility in Korea and finds William who has been frozen for 55 years. Steve releases William but is shocked to find out they have the same face. Willaim's memory is foggy. He now thinks he actually is Steve Rogers and the one who rescued him is an imposter. He escapes and manages to return to Amercia. Steve then later find out that Willaim might be the real Captain Amercia and Steve being the fake one with Implated Memories. Willaim discovers that the America he once knew no longer exists. Determined to make America “right,” he works with AIM (Willaim thinks AIM are patrioits to restore Amercia. After fighting with Red Skull, When he is knocked uncononsis by Red Skull he is resuced by Falcon. Steve and Willaim attack Red Skulls bass but AIM has now sided with Red Skull. After returning Red Skull's base, Steve and Willaim find out only one of them can leave through the door Steve and Willaim have one more fight in order to see who the real Captain America is.Steve wins and William decides to hold off the AIM Forces so Steve can stop the Red Skull. William fights them off but is killed by the dozens of AIM Forces.. Willaim dies the way he wanted to die..for his own country
