Comic book fans have been campaigning for Yvonne Strahovski to be cast as Captain Marvel since the character was still known as Ms. Marvel. The former Chuck star has since impressed in both Dexter and 24: Live Another Day, and may even star in her own Jack Bauer-less spinoff a couple of years from now.
