Why hasn't there been a DD and TMNT crossover yet?

Ramiel @ I'm sure there will be at some point, it only looks like DC wants to crossover with other companies at the moment?

Would be very cool though.

DAMN PUNISHER IS ONE SICK SON OF A BITCH!! I didn't think DD could get any darker, but it looks like it has

Also, @E1999Batman you have some kind of inside source in the BvS production? Personally, I'd have to have some concrete facts before calling people "too ignorant and dull to comprehend" something that's, at this point, complete speculation. Then again, I wouldn't refer to anyone in that tone to begin with so....

urnotaslave23 - 12/4/2015, 8:44 PM
@ComicsBornAndBred No [frick]ing way! I never noticed the chain and the gun taped to his hand in the trailer! If that scene is actually in the show.... Holy shit. I already assumed DD S2 would be better than the first, but if that's the kind of stuff they're putting in it, it's gonna blow S1 out of the water!

@E1999Batman what are you talking about? An article written purely on speculation? Don't get me wrong, I'm not disagreeing with you about what we've seen not being Doomsdays final form, I actually have high hopes that it's not. Check my post history. I'm NOT a detractor of this movie, by any means, so you don't have to get defensive with me Brother. All I'm saying is; calm down and come down off that High Horse, because you really have no idea. That very well could be the ONLY Doomsday we see in this incarnation of the DCEU. I'd honestly be okay with it if that we're the case. I'd Love to see a more accurate Supermans Bane, but as long as they get the fact that he's a mindless, relentless, bloodthirsty killing machine who's only reason for existence is to end the existence of Kal El, I think it can work. Maybe it's not fair for me to call you out on it when so many other posters are even more guilty, but it's just offputting to see someone demeaning others for not having common sense and being ignorant and dull when they're actually describing themselves, especially when it's said, seemingly, from a pedestal. Just remember; ULTIMATELY, we're ALL either comic book fans or at least comic book movie fans. We wouldn't be on this site if that wasn't true. He'll, I consider every single one of you asshole "Hardcore" CB or CBM fans. Sure, this site has it's Trolls, it's Marvel Onlys, it's DC Onlys, it's Fox CBMs Onlys, but at the end of the day, we're ALL still HUGE fans of the artistic medium(s). Sometimes I think it'd be awesome if we could all just appreciate every aspect of it, be unbiased, subjective as opposed to objective(did I mix those two up? I always forget which is which....), then other times I realize; Maybe it's that very specific rivalry that fuels how great everything we're getting is.

@ComicsBornAndBred That's exactly what I was referring to. If we see THAT scene.... Obviously it's not the most Iconic Punisher scene available, BUT, as far as Punisher/Daredevil interactions go, that one is one of my absolute FAVORITES. It depicts both characters at their respective peaks, in terms of growth, and how well they mesh/feed/learn from each other, and oh man.... I'm struggling to put it to words so I'll just say this; these mother[frick]ers know how to do it! If it's Petrie and Ramirez that are responsible for making that happen, they need to be brought in to the Upper Echelon of the MCU, at the very least as consultants. That Understanding of who these characters are is unparalleled in Live Action Comic Book Media. If, as it turns out, it was a "crazy idea" proposed by an intern, send that guy/gal to one of your Writers Workshops and keep a close eye on them because they Get It.

As for BVS, Yeah, I personally think its way early for Doomsday in the DCEU, but apart from Lex (cough) movie looks the nuts!

It'd be a sin if they didn't include The League of Assassins in this.
There are a lot of similarities between The League and The Foot Clan. The League of Assassins has Ra's and Talia, The Foot has Saki and Karai.
They have to include Nobody as well. How can you have a crossover between two franchises that both have female vigilantes covered head to toe in high-tech Ninja suits called "Nobody" and not touch upon it.

DC's Nobody:

IDW's Nobody:

IDW's version of Nobody also seems to be making an appearance in next year's TMNT sequel.
I find it kinda cool to note that Raph even says "I only saw Batman once" in the 2014 film. Sure they meant the film 'Batman', but one could infer that he meant that he saw the actual Batman, now that we have this comic.

I gotta wonder where this fits in with either continuities, though. Both IDW's TMNT and DC's Batman have had radical shifts in their respective status quos.

I'm loving the Nick Dragonetti cover, btw:

Literally the third comment.

I came here specifically for Doomsday jokes. I'm disappointed by how few there are but atleast Havenless came through.
