Have read the whole Morlun saga so far and honestly it has been kinda disappointing. While I love all the Spider-verse being together for once, the constant killing has gotten old. There is simply no story or shock value left to it. Makes you not care as much about the characters. Was really hoping that this would be better.

I miss the MC2.

Spider-Girl and her alternate future/present was always interesting.

Seeing Peter married to MJ and with her kid was great.

@ HawkeyeGuy - completely agree...the killing has got to stop...a story like this needs a big bad but they've made the inheritors too powerful...hopefully this will stop and the spiders will finally start getting some wins...

What Spider-man is that on the wall on the regular cover with the gold spidey-mask? He mounted to the left. Also that Art omg so good. That variant cover is like a poster I would pay money for and throw that on my wall!

The only reason anyone rejoiced at that is because Peter is easily the most stagnant, boring and unlikable version of Spider-Man. Literally everyone from Kaine to Miles to Spider-Gwen to Mayday and th plethora of the alternate versions are all leaps and bounds better written, more interesting and don't threaten to slit their wrists every time something bad happens.

Did Superior require a lot of suspension of disbelief to like? You bet your ass it did, but I and many others didn't care, you know why? Because it so refreshing to see a in cont Spider-Man who doesn't take any crap from anyone, uses his much hyped up yet virtually non existent (most of the time) intellect to its fullest and doesn't spend large chunks of time bitching and whining about how tough it is to be Spider-Man.

@wetboy40 Surprising? how about surprising costume that they DIDNT use and that would be armored spidey from early 2000's. The Silver with Black. That was one of my all time favs and I used to play as him in that Spider-man video game that was on n64 and playstation (ps1) back in the day. I just loved him so it really is weird, now when I saw that Silver Spider-man on this cover I thought it was him at first then I quickly realized that its an entirely diff spidey and that made me upset. boo hoo.

Why doesn't Spider-Man just impale Morlun with his singers again? Did that never happen after 'one more day?' I'm confused with the story. This series has a great artist but the story is just as bad as the 'clone saga' and 'spider island'. They've watered down Spider-Man so much he's basically like the Red Ranger where anybody can be/replace him and blah blah blah his idendity is shared with millions of others if he doesn't exist it doesn't matter because miles will take over blah . When I was younger the character was unique he had cool stories against symbiotes like Scream. Get back to the Spider-Man sense of responsibility that has him fighting impossible odds by himself (or with friends sinister six style) and overcoming tragedy with morality and sense of purpose.

No, this is the worst Spider-Man because they don't have Spider-Man Asia or Germany or Hawaii etc etc they have this weird specific version that only lasted for a few issues for India and literally means nothing! At least Mana Spider-Man was somewhat entertaining even though it was a HORRIBLE Spider-Man story.
