The folks over at Bleeding Cool have heard that writer Scott Lobdell will be off of DC Comics' Red Hood And The Outlaws ongoing series following issue #18, which will be released on March 20th, 2013. Scott Snyder protege James Tynion IV will be replacing him on the title. While Lobdell's work on the series hasn't exactly been well received by critics (it was a target for early critics on "The New 52"), what do you think of this news?
