Welcome fellow comicbookmovie users, I'm back with another editorial. Every week when your favorite animated program kicks on, what do you see? The intro, of course! Teasing all of your favorite heroes, villains and action to come in just a few minutes. Today I'll be counting down my personal “Top 5”. So check it out below!

5: X-Men: The Animated Series.
Time to kick off this list with a classic. This intro is remembered by all who've seen the show, and shows off all the awesome heroes. From Wolverine to Gambit to that Jubilee girl that no one likes, you could find them there doing the amazing things that they do, as well as an awesome clash between the heroes and villains.

4: The Batman.
No, NOT the season 4-5 intro. I'm talking about the original opening, which featured everyone's favorite Dark Knight suiting up while showing off the show's fantastic and unique villains. Of course, all of this is done to a dark and creepish, yet cool tune to start off the episode.

3: The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes
“Forever fight as one!” The Avengers are my favorite superhero team, and this show followed the right path. The season 1 intro gives us an great look at the show's top four heroes and the rest of the team stopping HYDRA's invasion of New York, while playing Bad City's “Fight As One.”

2: Justice League (Not Unlimited)
There's only one reason that this is ahead of The Avengers: EMH, and that is because of the line-up. You've got Batman, you've got Superman, Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern, and all these other amazing heroes all lined up to beat the bad guys. Of course, it isn't complete without showing off everyone's powers in full, not-yet glorious CGI.

1: Batman: The Animated Series
Batman: The Animated Series is my favorite animated show, and it takes home the title of “best intro” easily. Everyone's seen it by now, you've got your two everyday thugs robbing a bank, and while making their escape are confronted by The Batman, who easily (yet awesomely) takes them down and then stands on the rooftop as lightning strikes behind him. If there's one thing I look for in introductions, it's for them to be iconic, and this one surpasses them all.

Honorable Mention: Spider-Man: The Animated Series
I'll finish this list off with Marvel's classic Spider-Man: The Animated Series. This one made it close on the list for me, but not close enough. However, it's a great intro that features Spidey swinging around and shows off most of the show's villains all to a pretty cool theme.

So that's the list of my personal top 5. Of course, there's plenty of you people out there that don't agree with my list, and have your own ideas on the top 5. Well be sure to drop a comment below and give us your thoughts!
