•Denise Cloyd comes along and witnesses Spencer Laying dead on the floor with his guts hanging out.Negan assures her that he is dead and asks where Spencer's house is as he wants to play pool.

•Rick and co arrive back at Alexandria to find te gates locked and no one about.Roaners close in and Michonne takes care of them.Olivia arrives and apologises,telling Rick that Negan has arrived a day earlier than expected.

•Denise Cloyd rushes to the group and huggs Heath,blurting out what Negan did to Spencer

•Rick confronts Negan who is on Spencer's porch enjoying a drink.Negan gets up and tells Rick he should thank him for killing Spencer.The two have a very heated conversation and neither look like they will back down.He calls RIck "Rick The Prick" and also mentions he wouldn't have had Carl raped as he hates sexual violence.

•Negan eventually asks about the supplies,telling Rick he can keep all of them if he wants.Rick says he can take half as agreed.

•Negan and his 8 men leave in the truck.Rick rushes into the house and tells Andrea to get to the bell tower and everyone who can shoot to the walls as this may be their one chance to get Negan and end this.

•Negans notices Rick has come outside the gate of Alexandria in the trucks wing mirror and wonders what he's upto.Suddenly the truck driver is shot in the head via Andrea.Negan panics and gets out the truck,grabbing Lucille.Two more Saviours are shot.

•Rick orders none of them to move an drop there weapons as this ends here.As Rick raises his gun to shoot,gun fire rings out and the Safe Zone survivors an Ricks guns are shot out there hands.Turns out there was more Saviours hidden outside with guns all along.

•Negan walks upto Rick face to face with Lucille and tells him that they are now all [frick]ed [frick]er.

Negan makes the governor look like Mr. Rogers...Governor was crazy but he tried to protect his people. Negan would kill every one of his people ina instant if it meant he stayed on top. He's a total sociopath and all hit lieutenants are in league with the governor. I' still waiting for the villain Rick can sit down and have a drink with...one that seems like Rick's polar opposite

So was the governor...

It honestly feels like Kirkman has ran out of ideas. Kills the Governor replaces him with Governor 2.0. It would be nice to see more of a zombie threat/survival or threat from within type scenario than this tired psycho leader wants everyone dead rehash.
