Those pencils look awesome!

Can someone who knows more than me explain why it seems like comics have gone to a pastel color scheme?

Am I the only one who sees this?

@AlternateNo4

It's harder to color pencil art in photoshop because you dont have the pure black pixels to select and more importantly, according to Dave McCaig, people didn't respond well to that art style when they did it for Ultimate Hulk vs. Wolverine

THE PUNISHER is a great character,the ultimate anti-hero..sorry Wolverine but your not the best at what you do. Frank Castle is.

Comics are the ultimate escapism & as much as I love the idea of having superpowers,I also love the idea of brutally killing criminal scum.

Alright, so what is “The Trial of the Punisher” by Marc Guggenheim and Francis Leinil Yu? Most people are assuming that it is some kind of follow-up to Rucka’s “Punisher” run, seguing into “Thunderbolts” and how Frank got loose again — but its a bit more complicated than that.

See, this isn’t just some random two-issue mini-series — this is a comic from 2006 that was never released. Not only that, but this is the first thing Guggenheim ever wrote for Marvel.

I absolutely love the Punisher. He is one of my favorite comic characters. I think he'll find his way out of this somehow. surrendering to the police is probably part of a plan.
