Last week, we were told to "GET MAD!" by Marvel and now we're supposed to "GET WELLS!" before all is revealed in the upcoming June 2013 solicitations. Joe Madueira initially returned to Marvel for a brief run in the first few issues of Avenging Spider-Man, but where exactly this story - which is set to feature a team-up between Spidey, Wolverine and Elektra - is going to take place remains to be seen. Marvel Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso did recently confirm that it's become a "slightly bigger project" than originally planned, so be sure to stay tuned to CBM for further details!

I've been a fan of Mad since the 90's. Still love his X Men work. His art on Ultimates vol 3 was awesome despite the lacking story.

No claws? No goggle-eyes? Blue on the costume instead of black? Are they reverting back to the classic costume? Is Peter returning?

Todd McFarlane's always going to be the best, but Mad's art is pretty awesome.

Many artists draw Spider-Man very well, that's what great about comic books..we get a great variety.

Beware this "project". Joe Mad's art is awesome, but he's notoriously unreliable.
Just as you start to get attached to this series, a few issues in, Joe Mad will get lazy and start turning in his work months behind schedule, and eventually not at all.
This prediction isn't written in stone, but it's a safe bet, if you know anything about Mad.

I consider myself a big Joe Mad fan, have, and will pick up anything the man does. I do have to agree with @boulton666, this is pretty true. Lol, all 4 issues of Battle Chasers is proof of that ( jk, there were actually 9) his games are cool though.

I love Joe Mad's artwork. It kinda has a manga influence which I like also. He should bring BATTLE CHASERS back.
