Bleeding Cool has received word that Marvel will continute to capitalise on the success of James Gunn's Guardians of the Galaxy, with the film's co-writer Nicole Perlman set to work on a Gamora comic book. It will be the fifth GOTG title to be on shelves, with Guardians 3000Legendary Star-Lord and Rocket Raccoon launching in recent months alongside the ongoing main series. The source reports that Perlman was the one who first began developing the Guardians as a cinematic property, and "now she’s writing one of the comics that first inspired her." Expect an official announcement before New York Comic-Con (which is just over a week away). Well, until then, are you excited to see a Gamora solo series?
