@ ManCalledSting

Nah, the writers and everyone have already said he's going to die. I would be with you if it was just the title, but its more than that. They've clearly been building toward it.

With comics, they are constantly looking for the next big name to kill, and its just Wolverine's time. Also, with everything he has survived, removing his healing factor is the ONLY way to do it.

He's going down. No question. The real question is how long will he be gone?

I'm guessing between 1 and 2 years.

I like how Death was upset that he didn't kill off Sabretooth for her

So this story ends up with Logan making a last stand at Silver Fox's cabin...

A nod to continuity. How refreshing...

They die then they come back. Same mouth wash, different cheek. Dull.

Remember, this was kinda set up a few years ago when we found out that he's been actually dying in the comics. Some chick kept bringing him back after he fought his demons (including the Grim Reaper). In that story, that was going to be the last time that chick would give him his life back after death.

I think he'll be back sometime next year. The Marvel Universe depends too much on him for him to stay gone.

@ CorndogBurglar - normally dead characters would be back by the next their next film...but as Marvel are shutting out FOX on the old comic front...

I wonder if we won't see him back till Marvel has the rights back for X-Men...now that would be a long death...

I still think he'll come back with a name change based off of that comment Shang Chi made.

@mancalledsting, I can appreciate being capitalistic, but all this stuff is really bogging down, not to mention I have to be sure my cursor is nowhere on the page when it opens, because then I have video expanding and eating more bandwidth. At least give us a chance to turn it off?

He won't die. He'll appear to die, and return as Old Man Logan in time for the next giant crossover event.

Watch them pull this off as the "death" of an identity.
