Why is Tony talking to Peter/Otto like he doesn't know who he is?

This doesn't make sense...

@SuperSomething616
Well Tony no longer remembered Spidey's secret ID since OMD because he, reed richard and Dr.Strange did super science magic mumbo jumbo that make everyone forgot who spider-man is, you can read OMD and it's brilliant sequel OMIT for details :p

Tony forgot Peter's secret identity as a part of "One Moment In Time", but he should have remembered who he was as soon as he saw him unmasked (as the New Avengers and Fantastic Four did). Maybe Marvel retconned that? It WAS a pretty confusing set up...

I don't get it... He's Octo-Spidey again now but when Hawkeye rescued him he seemed very Peter-ish and was even rocking the classic suit

I'm confused. Thought the Ultron stuff was a sort of alternate timeline limited series. This feels like regular continuity.

Tony knows exactly who peter is so the continuity is all screwed up. DR.Strange, Reed Richards and Tony Stark are the only 3 who remember who he is after his unmasking. The art looks great and the story sounds good but they messed up with with that part.

Okay here is the deal. After the events of OMD/OMIT, only Mj remembered who Peter was. The Jackel learned it because he could unmask clones of Peter(amd thus he remembered Peter was Spider-man).

But

Strange,Reed, and Tony did not remember even though they cast the "spell". It was the same program/spell they used for the Sentry.

Peter had to show everyone his identity from that point(until he semi broke the spell during Spider island)for them to learn his identity.

He showed his face to the New Avengers

I wonder when he decides to change costumes. Doesn't seem like a safe gambit seeing as how the planet is overrun with Ultron goons.
