In the midst of their series of one-word "All New Marvel NOW!" teasers, Marvel have given us something a bit more substantial here with the announcement of a new ongoing series for She-Hulk from Charles Soule and Javier Pulido. Take a look at a teaser image after the jump..

The new series will launch next February as part of the second wave of the Mevel NOW! initiative. Here's what writer Charles Soule (Thunderbolts, Swamp Thing) had to say to USA today about bringing Ms. Walters back for another solo run.

"She-Hulk has always been a title where weird, cool things can happen. She is a strong — very strong — female character, and comics absolutely cannot have too many of those There's no reason Jennifer Walters can't be iconic, and we're going to do what we can to make that happen."

@wolverine until he's in his own solo book new avengers will have to suffice but the day he gets his own title it better be Hickman writing it!!!!

Could be great, especially with what Fraction and Allred have been doing with the character. Hopefully that vein is still in plans to be used.

Why are people against this? Captain Marvel has been a great read ever since it came out. Hopefully this series will be just as good.

This could be really cool. Javier Pulido is badass. I can tell from the comments thread that half the people here don't even read comics.

Why do you hate She-Hulk so much? She is a fun character, she has always been one of my favorites superheroines, after Spiderwoman, Ms. Marvel and obviously Phoenix.

I sincerely hope I end up agreeing with this, but the Hawkeye annual he drew I had to physically DRAG MYSELF through because of the art. My issue was mainly with the little manga-esque portraits of Kate and the over-reliance on silhouettes, though.

I dunno. Maybe I just catch this people at a bad time. I HAEYYYEYYEYEYEYEAAATE Steve Dillon's art in every Marvel book he's done, but someone showed me some Preacher stuff and that was totally fine.

Greg Tocchini did an arc on Uncanny X-Force which looks like pure garbage, but then I googled him and he's usually fine, too.

So yah. Hopefully this still turns out good. I'm definitely excited about a new She-Hulk book.

And don't mind like 90% of the people here. I started out minding, and it nearly cost me my sanity.

Awesome! I want to see She-Hulk get some big screen love someday.

Bring her in TIH2 or TIH3, and then have that spin-off into her own solo movie. I would pay to see that!
