This fits a lot better than seeing her in Guardians of the Galaxy. But having her as part of Thor's world with different realms and warrior goddesses and monsters and the like makes sense. Also I'm a fan of both Aaron (Thor: God of Thunder) and Ewing (Mighty Avengers) so I'm on board.

This event has actually been pretty good so far. I'll probably pick this up. Thor God of Thunder is phenomenal and I've loved everything Marvel has done in his book since Marvel Now began. And Angela has been a nice addition to GOTG.

Haven't read up on Loki since his run in Journey Into Mystery ended.

Deth - I'm afraid you're asking the wrong guy when it comes to her back story. All I know is that she's from Spawn and that she was a demon in that universe. I've read that Marvel changed her into an alien and was just wondering if she was still an actual demon (instead of being described as one).

Isn't "evil" just a word? Interchangeable between people, depending on one's perspective, really. "Good" and "evil" are just arbitrary labels supported by one's sense of ethnocentrism ;)


I remember Angela from the Spawn comics. She was an angel sent to kill Spawn, but ended up helping him. She's killed several versions of Spawn, throughout history, but ended up on Simmons' side. I think that she was brought to the 616 universe by the same event that sent Galactus to the 1610 (Ultimate) universe. I'm curious to see what this "Tenth Realm" is like.

I'd love to see some Babylonian stuff and Yahweh... although christians and muslims know Yahweh is Jesus so there would definitely be a fit.

She wasn't a demon she was an angel and a hellspawn hunter so she and Spawn didn't really get along at first.

Glad to see that they're making her a part of the 9 Realms tho. I think that she fits in much better there than with the guardians. Still, it was cool her short stint with them.
