Red Skull lobotomized one of the greatest minds on Earth and fused it with his own. LOL. DOUCHE!

So Remender is doing this and Captain America? Either way like Scott Snyder and Mark Waid, whatever he is writing I am buying. Hell it can even be a take out menu and I will buy it!

Aside from Romita's wonky art, Remender's Captain America has been off to a great start. If you are looking to get into Cap, I highly recommend you pick up Remender's book.

As an unabashed fan or John Cassaday's artwork... he could do a lot better. Red SKull shouldn't look adorable.

I'm still looking forward to reading this in a collection, though. Remender is way out there.

This red skull is like some clone from WW2. So he isn't like the real red skull that decided to rule the world equally.

I want to check out Thor: God Of Thunder, I want to wait until the TPB comes out but I might just go ahead & get the single issues.

For me, my top 3 is: All New X-Men, Avengers, F4.

Iron Man is....ok.

@Nomis I think you mean Wolverine & The X-Men? Yea, I liked the few issues of Wolverine & The X-Men I've read but I don't feel that Wolverine should be leading an X-Men team. Uncanny X-Men comes back in February. I can't wait to read that.

As you know 2013 will be the X-Men's 50th anniversary. I see big things coming. :)

@ marvel87

hopefully they release a new printings of uncanny x-men omnibus claremont run it lasted roughly 17 years from 1975-1991.

i'm just getting into my omnibus collecting, its expensive to say the least.

-new x-men omnibus (got for christmas not sure how much it cost)

-the incredible hulk vol 1 omnibus £63.75 (on order from amazon)

-the avengers vol 1 omnibus £39.62 (on order from amazon)

-x-men vol 1 £63.75 (out of stock but amazon will email me when they've got information on when its coming back into stock)

@marvel72 That would be nice. I know amazon has some of the claremont X-Men omnibus but not from the beginning of his run. Yea them omnibus prices ain't no joke. I bought the F4 omnibus by John Byrne earlier this year. The price I paid for that was the same amount for a brand new Xbox 360 game!

@SteveRogersSon-I liked those series so far but I'm with you on Cap's "new" design. At first I was cool with but now, I admit, it looks bad. Here's an example.

I generally like Cassaday's work, but I really am hating that just about every background in these pages are photographs.

That warp thing looks terrible too, but that's on the colorist. It looks out of place and is distracting. It baffles me that editors let this through. If I were to do something like that for an assignment I'd probably get by with a barely passing grade.

they have got uncanny x-men vol 1 on amazon.uk but its silly money (£324.00),i would love them just to do another printing.

Love the story and concept, not loving the art when it comes to Rogue and Wanda. Could be the shitty costumes though...

I'm getting more and more confused with how Marvel characters come back to life lately... Is this Red Skull, Sin or Aunt May in costume? Wasn't the original Red Skull in a robotic body? What did I miss?

I love Cassaday's work, but this book looks so wrong - Red Skull is a comedy here, a mix of The Mask and the martians from Mars Attack!

and wtf is on Scarlet Witch's head? when's a decent artist gonna come around and remove that shit? also, Rogue looks like my 8th grade gym teacher Mr. Hardy.

I was hesitant but I'm digging this series.

Clone of Red Skull directly from WWII is here and has Xaviers powers.

Art work is great.

And hell, check out the last frame. I noticed that between Red Skulls comments and some of the dialogue, it's getting kinda kinky up in here.

When I first read online that Marvel Comics was cloning the Red Skull again, it didn't really sound too good to me. But now that I've seen the new Uncanny Avengers artwork and read that Red Skull has new powers I see the light! This is genius!
