The Invaders rock! Another potential movie franchise for Marvel if they can secure the rights to all the characters. They need to add Toro, the Torch's mutant sidekick to the line-up as well.

Cap's new suit looks too much like a 1920's football uniform; Holy Knute Rockne All-American Batman!

That is some gorgeous [frick]ing art my DAMN!!!!

From what I read in the Marvel Now point 1 issue recently, Robinson is gonna write one hell of a story here. I'm glad the art is gonna be just as good.

They really need to give the original Human Torch a new name. Sure, "the Human Torch" is catchy, and he had it first, but Johnny Storm is just far too well known at this point to get away with them both having the name. And calling him "the ORIGINAL Human Torch" is just clunky and lame.

C'mon, Marvel writers-- come up with something!

@ALmight- Initially, the original Torch was brought back in West Coast Avengers by the Scarlet Witch. It was determined at that point that the Thinker build the Vision using spare parts for the Torch, which explained similarities. Later, in a series called Avengers Forever, they revealed that the Vision and the Torch do not have similarites but are the identical person. Immortus had created a divergent timeline in which the Torch surivived and allowed for the two timelines to co-exist. Thus, a Vision who was once the Torch exists along with a Torch who exists as Jim Hammond.

What bugs me, though it shouldn't it's a comic book for god's sake, is that they alternate between android and synthezoid. A synthezoid has identical human parts, albeit synthetic in origin. An android is a robot. Jim Hammond is a synthezoid: He eats, drinks, presumably gets rid of waste material like a human, he bleeds, etc. He also emotes and behaves like a human being. The Vision is also a synthezoid, but he tends to be treated like Mr. Data on STTNG. It didn't surprise me that an android could cry, because he has tear ducts lke a human.

If they REALLY wanted to punish the Invaders, the Kree would send "Ranlet the Smarmy". Damn, that [frick]er's annoying!
