It's a great book. It's an event that has huge ramifications but at the same time keeps a small-scale and a tight cast of characters. The darkness of the plot and the art is balanced by some great comedic moments... Aaron is hitting it out of the park with this one.

God, I've never hated anyone's costume more than I hate Cap's new suit and Wolverine's. They're just.... They are the designs that concept artists mock up purposely to throw them aside as how drastic NOT to go.

I love Aarons' writing, I love the interior art and storyline thus far. And those character covers of each hero holding the eye are so damn sweet, but they got lazy on this Hulk one.

I'm liking the event so far. But it feels like it's an event just to get rid of old Nick Fury so Marvel can officially replace him with Nick Fury, Jr. to align with the MCU.

@b&y - agree 100%. That's the very first thought in my head upon seeing old Fury.

It really is a great read. Had me worried for a bit tho (regarding Bucky).

So glad this series finally explained the young Fury we kept seeing around, when the events of Battle Scars showed him being drained of the Infinity formula.

I'm thinking Dr. Midas is the big bad villain here. Everything just fits his M.O., especially the nosiness. I wonder where Uatu's wife and son are in this story?
