In 2004, Electronic Arts and Marvel came together to create some fighting games based on Marvel's comic book universe. The first game release from their partnership was 2005's Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects. The game had a lot of problems. When it was released it didn't fly off the shelves as the price of the game had to be cut by as much as 40 percent less than two months after its release.

After that, EA and Marvel would have one more shot at a Marvel fighting game, but it was cancelled. EA and Marvel's partnership was no more. There's been many online videos about EA Chicago's fighting game called Marvel - heck at one time, Marvel and EA actually shoecased some footage from it. Here is a look at a fight scene from the game that features the Incredible Hulk and the Star Spangler himself, Captain America.
