VIDEO: Marvel Phases 1 & 2 Tribute Is All About The "Beautiful Moments"

Most of these compilation vids focus on the action scenes, but this very nice Marvel tribute from Gen Kim highlights the quieter moments, and showcases some of the great performances that permeate these movies. The music is "Stay Alive" by José González.

It's a good day to be a Marvel fan. Here's my tribute to the quietly beautiful moments in the Cinematic Universe. Tweet it, share it on Facebook, spread it as much you can if you enjoyed it! [T]he major emotional themes that I focused on were fighting personal loss and depression. I spent roughly 65 hours and went through 13 drafts to reach this final product over the last two weeks.

Very good, but nothing from The Incredible Hulk? Maybe something from the scene with Hulk and Betty in the cave?

Great storytelling moments.

A full range of emotions isn't complete without some comic relief.

Yeah, the exclusion of Hulk is the only weak part about it imo.

Otherwise, this was really damn cool.

I love this, but I was waiting on a hulk scene. The scene with hulk screaming at the lightening and Betty calming him would have been great.

Say what you will about Thor: The Dark World, but (SPOILERS) Frigga's death and funeral scenes were damn emotional.

She prob didn't want to use the old version of The Hulk, and I guess as great as Banner/Hulk was in Avengers, there wasn't exactly any "quieter moments" involving his character.

It needed more avengers assembled shots. Good song tho

And people say the MCU films are not emotional. The most heartbreaking scene in the MCU for me, was when Steve visits old Peggy:/ Good lord, I shed a tear.

Phase 1...Phase 2...it doesn't matter.

Trevor Slattery was the single best moment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

@Markymark
I agree. The images seemed too random and didn't sync up with the song the whole time.
Plus if it was a tribute to marvel, it would of been chronological and include more characters. No Hulk, Hawkeye or any of the other side salads. Thors companions, Howling commandos...etc.
I give it an E for effort and a T for nice try.

Cool but missing some cool heart whelming scenes from The Incredible Hulk and the ones in Avengers from Black Widow and Hawkeye after he snaps out of mind control.

I kept waitin' for the BeeGees....Stayin' Alive. Which woulda been cool with the more action scenes of MCU. But, this is really great for the emotinal, Great Job!

@Slickrickdesigns. "I like pizza Steve". From "Multiplicity", one of the funniest movies around, and my favorite Michael Keaton movie.
