Could Foggy Nelson & Karen Page Truly Be Making Their Return in DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN? Could Foggy Nelson & Karen Page Truly Be Making Their Return in DAREDEVIL: BORN AGAIN?

The rumors of Elden Henson and Deborah Ann Woll not making a return for the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again Disney+ series are leaving fans in a frenzy, but this actor has come out with a reassuring answer

"No Karen, no Foggy, no thanks." This statement was posted by Twitter user @RecoveringPagan, in response to the devestating rumors that Elden Henson's Foggy Nelson, and Deborah Ann Woll's Karen Page, would not be reprising their roles in the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again Disney+ series.

Many fans shared their collective thoughts on this poor creative choice for the series, as the Netflix Daredevil show paved the road for the trio to essentially be working all together in their own firm (Nelson, Murdock and Page) at the end of their third and final season.

We now know that Matt Murdock will be partnering up with Nikki M. James' Kristen McDuffie in Daredevil: Born Again, where we will see them both working together in a firm called 'Murdock & Associates.'

This new information now begs the question even more; are Foggy Nelson and Karen Page truly not making their return in Daredevil: Born Again?

In response to @RecoveringPagan's tweet, Vincent D'Onofrio surprisingly joined in on the madness, contributing a very brief answer that now has fans second-guessing what is actually yet to come:

A tease from the Kingpin himself telling fans to be patient does not leave us left to wonder without a strong sense of intrigue, about what events are set to unfold throughout Daredevil: Born Again's 18-episodic run in its first season.

Could Foggy Nelson and Karen Page secretly be making their return in Daredevil: Born Again? We will be sure to update you.

Daredevil: Born Again is an upcoming American television series created by Matt Corman and Chris Ord for the streaming service Disney+, based on the Marvel Comics character Daredevil. It is intended to be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) produced by Marvel Studios, sharing continuity with the films of the franchise, and will be the second series centered on the character following Daredevil (2015–2018) by Marvel Television.

Charlie Cox reprises his role as Matt Murdock / Daredevil from Marvel's Netflix television series and prior Marvel Studios productions, with Vincent D'Onofrio, Jon Bernthal, and Sandrine Holt also starring.

Daredevil: Born Again is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ in early 2024.

I only want Foggy back if he's sporting this hairdo.

JonathanDan - 7/26/2023, 1:05 PM
@AmySabadini - me too 😂
harryba11zack - 7/26/2023, 1:28 PM
please no Karen, she sucked.
SonOfAGif - 7/26/2023, 2:15 PM
@harryba11zack - I agree. She was the least enjoyable character for me. Same with Trish in Jessica Jones.
Syringe - 7/26/2023, 2:38 PM
@harryba11zack - what about her did you not like, I'm just curious? I see a lot of people saying Karen sucked but it was staying true to the way the character was written during the Nocenti run. After Miller depicted her as the damsel in distress during Born Again, Nocenti turned her into a much more proactive character who pursued sex traffickers and the like. To me, the Netflix Karen was very much like her comic book counterpart.
Unites - 7/26/2023, 2:43 PM
@Syringe - Isn't that obvious? They hate her because she is a woman.
Goldboink - 7/26/2023, 3:21 PM
@harryba11zack -
Both of them were weak as hell. I get that people loved the show but jeezis, get some real actors.
Syringe - 7/26/2023, 3:31 PM
@Unites - ahhh, I see.
The1st - 7/26/2023, 3:46 PM
@Syringe - Exactly. Usually if you loathe a character the actor is doing there job to the fullest.
RitoRevolto - 7/26/2023, 5:12 PM
@Unites - I wouldn't use the word "hate" myself, but she was my least liked on the show. Definitely enjoyed Claire Temple more.
RitoRevolto - 7/26/2023, 5:13 PM
@Goldboink - Real actors? Deborah Ann Woll is great, the character was just annoying.
harryba11zack - 8/18/2023, 11:30 AM
@Unites - Sorry for delay in response, I just saw your message from my notice.I could write you a book on why she sucked but here are a couple of reasons. lied to Matt and the foggy when they were first trying to help her. Lied and manipulated Ben which got him killed. then she takes his job and his car, WTF? a job which she had no previous experince with in the passed. They ruined her story with hardcore drugs and reduced it down to "oh I once did a little weed back in the day". her selfrightous bs. killing off Wesley. Her getting jelly about Elektra being in Matt's bed when she was cleanly visibly ill and injured. fake drama bs. @Syringe - "Isn't that obvious? They hate her because she is a woman." Nah son I don't think thats why people disliked her character. She was just badly written and the writers kept trying to make her more important than what she was. The crap the pulled with her and Punisher was pure toilet bowl water.
KaptainKhaos - 7/26/2023, 2:04 PM
Fake until officially confirmed once the strike ends
Gmoney84 - 7/26/2023, 2:04 PM
Get ‘em, Vincent!
MarkCassidy - 7/26/2023, 2:27 PM
It's Elden *Henson.

This is a big leap. Yes they are mentioned, but he's actually tagged in the post and is basically told this version of the character sucks, and then he responds with "Patience"

I think it's about seeing the darker and violent side of the character and not Nelson and Karen.
Order66 - 7/26/2023, 3:07 PM
First of all Feige said he’s a huge Daredevil fan so that right there is incorrect.
Syringe - 7/26/2023, 3:29 PM
@Order66 - but wasn't he willing to let Fox keep DD in exchange for FF and Surfer rights? Of course, that doesn't mean he's not a fan but it certainly indicates that DD has never been a priority.
Order66 - 7/26/2023, 4:09 PM
@Syringe - FF and Surfer is a better property than DD, at least on paper so he had to make that deal. FF and Surfer opens up the cosmos and there’s more to play with than DD street level environment.
DanFlashesShirt - 7/26/2023, 3:37 PM
I personally don’t think Vincent Donofrio would be so enthusiastic about returning if it was gonna be a huge drop in quality from the Netflix show…

That said, people need to chill. It was never going to be EXACTLY like the netflix version… that was a different show, made by different creatives, produced by a different studio.

Lets see.
DocSpock - 7/26/2023, 4:57 PM

And Hollywood wailed, "Too many white people!!"

Then Mickey the Rat dumped the 2 excellent best supporting characters who seemed like they jumped right out of the comics.

Mickey you pu$$y.

Scarilian - 7/26/2023, 5:54 PM
We all know where this is going.

Kirsten Mcduffie will be fighting to be represented as she'll be under appreciated by Matt Murdock who is a womanizer, especially when the company name does not even include her simply being "Murdock & Associates" and the series will end with it being titled "Mcduffie & Murdock" as Murdock will realize that he needs to take a step back from being a lawyer because he's allowed his time as a hero to take over his focus and he can't do both at once and she's capable enough to take over from him.
Spike101 - 7/26/2023, 6:36 PM
I just want them all back Foggy, Karen, Poindexter, Elektra, Stick, all of them. The Netflix casting was just amazing and they will never better them so unless they use the same people the new shows are always going to suck.
PartyKiller - 9/6/2023, 9:38 AM
Marvel is obsessed with cameos. A cheap, easy way to get a reaction. Karen & Foggy will show up in the last scene of the Born Again series.
