DEADPOOL 3: Rumored New Details About What We'll See In The Super Bowl Trailer Have Been Revealed

The first trailer for Deadpool 3 is still expected to be released during the Super Bowl next Sunday and we now have rumoured details on what to expect in the sneak peek. Find more details right here...

Several sources have now confirmed that the first trailer for Deadpool 3 will be released during the Super Bowl on February 11, and we may have a vague description of what's to come in the teaser just over a week from now.

Before we go any further, it's worth pointing out that Chippu has previously released accurate details about movies like Thor: Love and Thunder and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, meaning the site has a track record which should be considered at least semi-reliable.

According to a translation of their report, "[The] trailer will naturally focus on Deadpool, who is going through a midlife crisis and has left the life of heroes behind. He now sells cars to support himself. There is a quick and striking appearance by Wolverine, who will stick his claws into his rival in the preview."

"Deadpool, in turn, receives Logan with nicknames making fun of his hair. There is swearing and the rating is definitely for adults. Furthermore, other mutants will show up."

We're expecting to see a little more than just this and have heard rumblings The Void will also be a big part of Deadpool 3's first trailer. It makes perfect sense to launch the footage during the Super Bowl, anyway, and we'll no doubt end up with at least a couple of trailers (even if they're just Green and Red-Band versions).

Oh, and a title reveal, of course!

Last month, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman confirmed shooting on the untitled movie had finally wrapped.

"The suit hides the blood. Also sweat," Reynolds said on X. "But today, with Deadpool wrapping, it's mostly tears. A giant and forever thanks to the cast and crew of our film who battled wind, rain, strikes and [Hugh Jackman] all under the stalwart leadership of [Shawn Levy]."

He'd conclude by adding, "I got to make a movie with my closest pals and that doesn't happen very often."

Jackman later chimed in to say, "What a ride! I’ve loved every minute of making this movie. Well, not the training and diet but the other 93.2%. To the best cast and crew, thank you! You are all aces. To two of my best mates [Ryan Reynolds] and [Shawn Levy] I literally couldn’t have done this without you."

Alongside Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, Deadpool franchise vets Karan Soni (Dopinder), Leslie Uggams (Blind Al), Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), Stefan Kapicic (Colossus), Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead), Shioli Kutsuna (Yukio), and Rob Delaney (Peter) are all confirmed to return in Deadpool 3.

Emma Corrin is expected to play Cassandra Nova, while Matthew Macfadyen will likely take on the role of a TVA agent named Paradox. The trades have confirmed that Jennifer Garner will reprise her role as Elektra, with Wesley Snipes, James Marsden, Famke Janssen, Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Dafne Keen, and even singer Taylor Swift among those rumoured to make cameo appearances in this Multiversal adventure.

Deadpool 3 is set to be released in theaters on July 26, 2024.

Um. This film is going to be nothing short of Epic. Mix DP's style with that of Jackman's "The Wolverine" character and his LOGAN one.

Two peas in a mixed-up pod = success.

Uhhhh what?! A car salesman? Surely I hoped they would save Logan from dying or something. Not this. I predict 4 cameos spoiled lol

I still think it'll be pg-13 because they really need a hit. Oh well I'll see anything once lmao

@bobevanz -

You truly are delusional. It's confirmed to be rated R and still you think pg13?

@AmazingFILMporg - Yeah I just don't get it they confirm and yet still some think pg-13.

@AmazingFILMporg @CyberBishop - Well to be fair, I'm still not totally convinced that Hugh Jackman is in it. I mean, sure I've seen the pics and read the quotes, but you can do anything with Gen AI these days. I don't care if Jackman himself came to my house and personally told me that he was in it and then game me a frame of film from the movie with him in it because we all know what a Disney shill he is. Nope, not going to believe it until I actually see the movie and even then I won't be 100% convinced because I used to do a lot of drugs back in college and it could all just be an acid flashback or some other hallucination. It's not until awards season where Jackman wins best supporting actor along with Reynolds for best actor and "DP3" for best film that I'll actually believe it. So I guess I'll just have to be in disbelief for a little while. That's fin. I can wait...

@CyberBishop - I hope they do something like “Once Upon a Deadpool” again. That was unnecessary but still pretty entertaining for a PG-13 version of DP 2

@AmazingFILMporg - Um, this site IS my help (well, this and the bottle of tequila that @DocSpock and I put away each night reading through these and posting - cheers Doc! 🍻).

@CasualFanatic - I agree and I hope that they take it a step further and do something even more unexpected like an animated version using all super-deformed versions of the characters. I doubt that Disney would want to put forth the cash to create an entire animated movie version of "DP3" but it really depends on how much the original version of "DP3" brings in. If it actually does over a billion I would expect them to do some kind of follow-up.

I suggested in another thread on this that given the first "Once Upon... " was a take off of "The Princess Bride" with a grown up Fred Savage, the could continue that trend by having DP tracking down the guy who played Bastion in "The Neverending Story" and forcing him to listen to DP's version of "DP3" (last I checked that dude is like living in a cabin in the woods and has NOTHING to do with acting but, hey, I'll bet he would like a bigger cabin in the woods).

Anyhow, there are a LOT of places they could go with it depending on how successful "DP3" is, so we'll just have to see...

As much as I’m looking forward to this, and I really am, I’m also ready for it to be over. Jackman is a great Wolverine, but that’s mostly bc he’s been the only Wolverine.

I’m way more ready for the reboot and the introduction of the new x-men, Wolverine included. I know he’ll probably stick around for more cameos in Secret Wars. But I’m ready to rip the bandaid off and push forward.

This slow walk is like dying of water drip torture. End it already.

@MuadDib - Feel the same. Although I am one of the few who never liked Jackman as wolverine until the very end. He was good in the wolverine movie that lead him to Japan and in Logan especially. I am very ready for a wolverine more like what I remember in the comics when I was younger. Short/stocky, hairy, with a bad attitude and an obsession for being the best he is at what he does.

Just finished shooting and a rushed trailer is on the way.

Everything about this film is rushed, not a good sign.

comicfan100 - 2/3/2024, 12:36 PM
@vectorsigma - It's a teaser, not a full on trailer.
Apophis71
Apophis71 - 2/3/2024, 12:47 PM
@vectorsigma - It started filming May last year and this is a teaser only, that hardly counts as rushed by any meanining of that word.

If it will be good or not remains to be seen but enough of the negativity before even seeing the teaser let alone full trailor and then movie cos it makes you look dumb then undermines any legitimate critiques you may have once you have had a chance to watch it.

@Apophis71 - nah, i dont need a trailer or a teaser to give a criticism on this.

Aside from any Disney Marvel product nowadays are garbage, the marketing of this screams of desperation to get clout and be noticed. Gone are the days when Marvel are trying to be subtle on their projects. Now they dont have any clue what went wrong from phase 4 and arengoing full blown normie marketing. If these are dumb critiques then sure, be a marvel loyalist and continue to get insulted by glossy trailers like secret invasion and echo.

I seriously wonder what the title of this film is gonna be. I'm surprised at how much they've been able to keep under wraps surrounding this film.
