Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, DEADPOOL tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. People think that Green Lantern was the lowest point in Ryan Reynolds career, but to him it isn't. Green Lantern is where he fell in love with Blake Lively, where he met the love of his life, his now wife, and the mother of his child. I'm pretty sure it's a high point in his life.
