Following this weekend's 6-second teaser, Iron Man director Jon Favreau stopped by Access Hollywood to debut the first official trailer for his highly anticipated live-action adaptation of The Jungle Book.

The first trailer for Iron Man director Jon Favreau's highly anticipated take on Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book has finally hit the web. Featuring a star-studded cast that includes Scarlett Johansson as 'Kaa', Bill Murray as 'Baloo', Ben Kingsley as 'Bagheera' and Idris Elba as 'Shere Khan', it's the latest in a long line of recent live-action Disney adaptations. The children can alter box office. Minions is a billion dollar film recently. iM NOT SAYING BvS will lose to Jungle Book, but Disney, and kids films nowadays, they can give you a run for your money.

Jurassic World and Minions came out what, 3 weeks apart and both made topped a billion.

@Curmudgeon I KNOW THEY CAN, but they can still impact one another's revenue, even in the slightest ways. Winning a week or two at the box office is significant. One film beating out the other matters to studios....im just pointing out how crowded it will be from March to May. Its gonna be competitive

Yeah, you should definitely avoid this movie. Especially since it's from the guy who turned a certain D-list character into an A-list money-maker from just one movie.

@BreadPitt the visuals would at least be decent and crazy good. I think as long as he doesnt get into the science of it all, it will be fine. And he shouldn't write it...that would allow for no plot holes
