Latino-Review has posted a few plot details for the upcoming Marvel Studios film, Doctor Strange. Obviously take these with a huge grain of salt and potential spoilers if any of this turns out to be true. The site has also revealed that this is the first part of three separate videos with each video revealing information and facts about the film. With no casting information as of yet, one can expect Doctor Strange to begin production late next year with a potential 2016 release date.

First....As soon as he started giving the plot away I paused the vid.

I'm not gonna hear the story from this guy! I rather watch it on screen.

Plus it's probably not even the actual plot so yeah...

could be true ... but when was the last time Latino was right ?
I remember him reviewing Green Lantern script few years ago, the only complaint he had, was about latino drug dealers in it (!)
Anyway he gave the script A or B- (can't remember). Well, guess what ? It wasn't the script they went for.

Anyway the first scene of "leaked" Dr Strange script sounds really cool, but otherwise then that ... Dr House, anyone ?

by the way ... i think Marvel screwing Latino big time ...
They already know who's the rat is, so they just playing with them both.

Patrick Dempsey wants the role, so I say lets give it to him. Also, it would work out great if they followed the animated movie (which I think was actually Marvel's best animated movie to date)

Patrick Dempsey doesn't fit Doctor Strange at all so no to casting him. I would either cast Johnny Depp, Luke Goss, or Benedict Cumberbatch.

Hmmmm it does sound interesting especially the opening scene and I could see this being true however he's not telling anything that you wouldn't expect in a Dr Strange origin story, especially the intro.

Dempsey looks the part, but can he do action? All we have seen was the amzingly awesome well filmed fight scene with Shia in Transformers 3. That was sarcasm by the way.

Dr Strange has alot of potential to be either good, or horribly bad, what is going to be hard to establish is the magic side of the marvel universe, since everything so far is scientific based.

The alleged plot seems a little too over the top with the sister angle. I realize the original origin story is fairly barebones and will have to be fleshed out but I think the supernatural elements earlier on should be more subtle. Latino Review seems to capitalize on the rumor news of the moment.

My pipe dream is for Daniel Day Lewis as the Dx with Dominic West as Mordo. DDL will likely never happen but please no Dempsey. Dempsey is not intimidating enough for the role. The actor playing Strange should be a middle aged actor as Strange is like Tony Stark and is supposed to have some years on him. I think Marvel is smart enough to stick with the comics on this point and not turn Strange into Harry Potter the young adult years.
