Spawn vs Silver Surfer -- haven't read Spawn since the late 90s. Have no idea what he's capable of now but the Spawn I'm familiar with wouldn't stand a chance. Still, lack of up-to-date knowledge prevents me from voting on this one.

Hercules vs Invisible Woman -- see, why can't this be Marvel Hercules instead of lame-ass TV Hercules? Pass.

Captain America vs Maxwell Lord -- Cap's indomitable will makes him pretty much immune to mind control which means this one comes down to a fist-fight -- and nobody beats Cap in a fist-fight.

Spawn vs Silver Surfer.Spawnfor the win,only thing that can hurt him is an agelic type metal.Seeing as it's a magical metal and the power cosmic is NOT MAGIC whatsoever there is no way Surfer could hurt him.Spawn beaten the god and devil of his universe so beaten Surfer would be easier then the two of them.

Heracules vs Invisible Woman.Heracules wins.Sue's force feilds can with stand 100 ton forces Heracules easily surpasses that with one hit.

Captain America vs Maxwell Lord.Max wins.He should have won the first time but hey things happen.Maxwell has controlled stronger minds then Cap's.Add yet another puppet for Lord to play with.

As for the free for all I pick Odin.Thor has bested Galactus in one on one and Odin has beaten Thor (literally to a plup and took his hammer) so Odin for the win.

1. I voted for Silver Surfer-Spawn has had many different levels of power over the years, but I figure the most iconic version of him would lose against Surfer.

2. I still can't vote-I figured at first it was Marvel Hercules, but that picture looks nothing like him. Is it a different one?

3. I voted for Maxwell Lord-He has mind control, it'd be like Batman vs Professor Xavier.

I'm still going with Odin in the civil war.

I agree with unknownfacts on #1 and #3 but have to disagree on #2 I don't remember anything from that Kevin Sorbo Hercules series that seemed like he lifted more than 100 tons.

@Fenix: That Hercules pic is from the 90s tv series starring Kevin Sorbo. It was quite successful back then and lasted from 1995 (counting the several pilots) to 1999. It even spawned an equally successful spin of series, Xena: Warrior Princess starring Lucy Lawless, which lasted from 1995 till 2001.

That Heracules isn't from the comics.He from the tv show that was loosely base on the greek myths back in the late 90's.Though I don't know if or when he had a comic book.

Well I'm basing it on the fact that the show was based on the myths and he's fights with Aries.I beleive during the course of the show he had to hold up Mount Oylumpus for Atlas at one point and a mountain definetly weighs more than 100 tons.

As for Lord beating Cap, not even The Beyonder could mentally manipulate Cap so I'm pretty sure Lord would come up short.

I remember a time during WW2 when Cap was traveling through Wakanda and he was confronted by T'Chaka (T'Challa's father) and they battled it out and Panther came out on top.... But your right, I think that's the only time anybody has bested Cap in a test of pure skill.
