Recap of part 1: Herman Shultz is fired from OsCorp and swears revenge on Norman. Peter Parker is bitten by spider and gets super powers. Uncle Ben dies and Peter becomes a super hero. He fights Herman at OsCorp and puts him in prison.
Part 2: It has been two years since the events of the first movie, and Peter has enough money from the Daily Bugle for him and his aunt to get by. Peter swings out into the city, looking for crime, when he's attacked by a robot with the face of J Jonah Jameson on a screen. Spidey starts to run, and the robot is right behind him. It starts shooting at him, but he doges with ease. Spider man swings right into another robot, this one with the face of a man on a screen.
"Ow. That really hurt"
"It was supposed to hurt. And this will hurt even more."
The robot goes to crush Spider man's head with its foot. Spider-man grabs the foot, and throws the robot at the other one.
"Who are you anyway?"
"Why should I tell you? You'll just track me down. But these robots, are Spider-Slayers!"
Jameson and the man meet at his lab.
"The robots are off!"
"What! After all that work!"
"Yes Smythe."
Jameson leaves., with the man swearing.
Peter returns home, and just falls asleep, passed out from his fight. The next day, as Peter gets into his Spider-Man costume, he sees a photographer outside his house. He waits until he leaves to go out.
The photographer was Mac Gargon. Jameson hired him to find Spider-man's hideout. When Mac returned with no photos, Jameson was enraged. But he then remembered Dr Curt Conners, and his strange "Lizard" experiments
"Hi Doc, do you have any luck with the lizards?"
"Well, no. I don't"
"What about scorpions?"
"I don't experiment with scorpions."
"Well now you do."
"What"?
"Maybe if you give my friend here scorpion juice, I'll slip a few extra dollars toward your lizard project."
"How much"?
"500"
"In that case he gets one try, thats it.Give me a week."
ONE WEEK LATER
"Do you have it"?
"Do you have it"?
"Here."
"Here."
"Drink up Mac."
Mac then becomes a strange scorpion thing, like the Lizard only as a scorpion.A spider-slayer busts through the wall with the man on the screen. Scorpion is destroying everything in the lab, and everything is so loud that Peter can hear it. He goes to the lab as Spider-man, and finds Jameson about to be crushed by the slayer. He saves Jameson, and destroys the spider-slayer. Scorpion attacks, and Spider-man breaks free. He lures Scorpion into the sewer, and they start fighting. Conners works on a gene cleanser, to get rid of the scorpion DNA. When the serum is complete, Spider-Man returns, holding a knocked out Scorpion. The gene cleanser goes into Scorpions system, and The scorpion DNA washes out. Jameson says that he won't attack Spider-man anymore, but that he'll keep writing bad things about him in the paper.
